Extra prize protection

Players Club is introducing a new security feature to the Players Club card program to ensure that the right prize reaches the right person.

From May 21, as a Players Club member, you will be required to present your card and winning ticket to claim prizes in store. This is a simple but effective way of adding extra protection to your prizes.

Updated Players Club Membership terms will be effective from May 21.
New Players Club Bonus Draw Promotion terms will be effective from May 20.

Other exciting changes

Along with extra prize protection, from May 21 the following exciting improvements will be added to the Players Club program -

Easier renewal

You'll be able to pay your renewal fee anytime, as well as renew your card using your linked online account (NSW members only) and there will be a new 2 year membership option.

Link your card and online account

From May 21, you'll be able to Join-up to buy online direct from nswlotteries.com.au and you can link your Players Club card to your online account. As long as your card is active, you can enter your non-winning tickets purchased online direct from nswlotteries.com.au into the 2nd Chance Bonus Draw.

Renewal reminders

The new lottery system will remind you when your card is due for renewal. To continue receiving membership benefits, you will need to renew your card by the due date.

Faster play, with Favourites

You will be able to record up to 50 of your favourite games on your card, including QuickPicks.

As a Players Club member, you will continue to receive the benefits of the program -

  • Bonus Second Chance Draw entries
  • If you have a first division win – we’ll call you with the good news
  • We’ll send you a prize cheque if you forget to claim a prize
  • Access to competitions
  • Receive results conveniently via email

Lost or stolen cards or tickets

Of course, your ticket with your lucky numbers might just be worth millions so it's important you treat it just like cash. We advise all players to write their name and important identification details in the space provided on the back of the ticket.

All tickets are bearer documents, so please call 1300 363 444 straight away if you lose your Players Club membership card or your entry tickets. We want to ensure that the card and your prizes are fully protected.
