Position: Customer Services Representative

Package up to $56,600 pa
35 hour work week

Front line in the provision of customer service is our Call Centre operation, which provides operational and technical assistance to our retailers and product information to our customers.

We are looking for an individual whose role is to provide superior customer service in our Call Centre environment.    You will have a high level of communication, negotiation and problem solving skills along with numeracy and computer skills.  You are also expected to be a team player.

The position holder needs to be flexible and able to work 7 hour rostered shifts on a rotating basis as the Call Centre operates 7 days a week up to 16 hours per day.
