Why isn't the Players Club second chance draw accepting the Ticket Serial Number (TSN) that I'm entering?

Please ensure that you are entering the correct number. You can find the correct TSN by logging into your Oz Lotteries account and selecting the Ticket ID highlighted in RED. A new window will open which displays the 18 digit ticket serial number (in grey) in a column marked "TSN" next to a column marked "Numbers". The TSN is the same for all numbers played on the same entry. This TSN number can then be cut and pasted into the Second Chance Draw entry form.

Will I get a ticket if I purchase at nsw.ozlotteries.com?

No. nsw.ozlotteries.com records your entry details in your customer account. No physical ticket is produced for entries through this agency. Your ticket details can be viewed at the “My Account” section at nsw.ozlotteries.com.
