Why isn't the Players Club second chance draw accepting the Ticket Serial Number (TSN) that I'm entering?

Please ensure that you are entering the correct number. You can find the correct TSN by logging into your Oz Lotteries account and selecting the Ticket ID highlighted in RED. A new window will open which displays the 18 digit ticket serial number (in grey) in a column marked "TSN" next to a column marked "Numbers".
