Complete a form at any On-line agent who will then send it to us for processing;

Send written confirmation to our Player Registration Section advising of your Player Registration Number (PRN), name, old address, new address and phone number to PO BOX 6687 Silverwater NSW Australia 2128 or by fax to +61 2 9752 5516.

Will NSW Lotteries advise me personally if I have won a prize?

NSW Lotteries will only contact players registered with the NSW Lotteries Players Club registration service. All correspondence will be in writing. If you receive an email claiming to be from NSW Lotteries about a major prize win it is a scam - see the scam lottery item in the General section of the FAQ's. For more information regarding claiming prizes click here.

What is the Postage and Administration fee that appears on my prize cheque?

The fee recovers the cost of producing and mailing the cheques to players who have chosen not to claim their prize at a NSW Lotteries agency within eight weeks of the relevant draw. This fee only applies to registered minor prizes ($1000 and under) for Lotto, Lotto Strike, Saturday Lotto, Powerball, OZ Lotto and 6 from 38 Pools. To avoid the fee simply check and collect your cash at any of the 1600 NSW Lotteries agencies across the state as the fee is only charged to customers who choose not to claim their prizes personally.

I have lost, had stolen or misplaced my REGISTERED ticket/s. What can I do?

As a registered player, a lock can be placed on any lost, stolen or misplaced tickets by contacting our Missing Tickets Department on +61 2 9752 5536 or by fax +61 2 9752 5516 and quoting your Player Registration Number (PRN), name and address details as well as identifying the ticket details.

Any prizes won on locked tickets will be forwarded to your registered address 4 weeks from the draw date for Lucky Lotteries and 8 weeks after the draw for all other On-line products. Once a lock has been placed on a ticket it WILL NOT be removed until payment is due.
