Sans Souci Lotto player scores $1 million in Saturday Lotto
A lucky customer who purchased their Saturday Lotto ticket from Sans Souci Newsagency at 373 Rocky Point Road, Sans Souci won a $1 million share in Saturday Lotto’s $4 million.
San Souci’s latest millionaire, who wishes to remain anonymous, is a member of the NSW Lotteries Players Club and received a phone call from a NSW Lotteries official earlier today informing them of their windfall.
“We’ve been here only two years, this is our first millionaire and we are absolutely thrilled about it,” Merrilee Martin, proprietor of Sans Souci Newsagency said this morning.
“We’re having the front window painted to celebrate our success. Now that we have our first millionaire we would be delighted to get another couple,” Ms Martin added.
Saturday Lotto’s $4 million first division prize was shared by four winners nationally, each winning $1 million. In addition to the NSW winner, winning tickets were sold in
Queensland, Western Australia and South Australia.
The winning numbers from Saturday night’s $4 million Lotto draw were 14, 29, 1, 33, 36, and 21, with the supplementary numbers 25 and 4.
