Players 1st

Players 1st is designed to ensure that our players get all the prize money they are entitled to.
For NSW Lotteries, players are our first priority.
We have launched Players 1st to help players know exactly what their rights are, and how they can manage their entries to ensure they receive all prize-money they are entitled to.
If you have any questions, or concerns, about the way your entry has been handled by NSW Lotteries, or one of our Agents, please contact us directly on 1300 PLAYER (1300 752 937) or by email.
You can also fill in an on-line feedback form by clicking here
