relating to, the computer systems, hardware, servers, bandwidth,
telecommunications transport, and e-mail routing provided by
NSW Lotteries, or any entity providing these services under
contract to NSW Lotteries (the “NSW Lotteries Network”)
and this notice is issued so as to promote the integrity, security,
reliability and privacy of the NSW Lotteries Network.By clicking
on the “I Accept” button below and by accessing
or using the Site yousignify your acceptance of terms, conditions,
notices and disclaimers contained in this document and elsewhere
on the Network (known collectively as “Terms of Use”).
NSW Lotteries reserves the right to modify or re-state this
Notice at any time and any such modifications or restatements
shall be deemed effective thirty (30) days after such revisions
or restatements are posted on NSW Lotteries Network at http://www.nswlotteries.com.au.
1. Network Security
You shall not actually, nor attempt to, circumvent user authentication
or security of any host, network or accounts, or penetrate security
measures ("hacking") on, related to, or accessed through
the NSW Lotteries Network. Further, you shall not effect any
security breach or disrupt any Internet communications including,
but not limited to, by accessing data in respect of which you
are not an intended recipient or by logging onto a server or
account which you are not expressly authorised to access. Finally,
you shall not utilise the NSW Lotteries Network in connection
with the use of any program, script, command, or sending of
messages, designed to interfere with another user's terminal
session, by any means, locally or by the Internet.
2. Monitoring of user access
NSW Lotteries may, in its sole discretion, monitor your access
to the NSW Lotteries Network and may suspend or terminate your
access at any time for violation of this Notice, without warning.
If you are found to be in breach of this Notice you may be liable
for criminal and civil prosecution. |
